Build a focused sample brief
Give the exact collection, colour, finish and format, the intended application and the delivery destination. Availability and courier terms are confirmed before dispatch.

Review in the right light
Compare the sample with the surrounding materials under the intended lighting. Natural variation means a single sample may not show the full range of a collection.

Agree a control reference
Record the approved product code, colour, finish and any agreed control sample. Review a larger sample area or layout when variation is important.

Keep approval and supply aligned
Confirm shade, calibre and batch requirements for the order. An image or small sample is not a guarantee that every tile will be identical.
